The Fighter’s Physique class is a 60 minute circuit workout based around Heavy Bags, MMA ground and pound, exercises, Olympic Barbell training, row machines, as well as numerous bodyweight and other functional equipment while being tracked and displayed on our heart monitor system for real-time performance statistics. This class will develop strength and endurance as well as improve balance, flexibility, and core strength.
