Challenge Dates: Monday August 26th-Monday October 6th 2019
This is what YOU can expect:
The Purpose of these challenges is to CHALLENGE and IMPROVE your current fitness level (obviously)
We will undertake challenging Fighter’s Physique workouts together, but the challenges are totally scalable- you are competing with only YOURSELF
You will be working out 5-6 days a week during our normal class times in a group setting in our Studio in Vacaville, CA. This is the “special sauce” that makes things work
You will be ACCOUNTABLE to your coach and the group for your daily training and check-ins
We will address your nutritional needs with a detailed day-by-day Meal Plan with a guided Shopping List
As for nutrition you all will get a proven plan, get support and report in daily
Private Facebook forum + group support (you must have a Facebook Page)
You need to be able to commit to this program for 6 Weeks and commit to having your pictures shown to the public!
