This 28-day Best ss Ever is a butt challenge thats broken up into 3 alternate days of workouts.

Each training session has a sequence of barbell strength training, resistance band training, and explosive exercises.

This Targeted Muscle Training program is meant to build big/toned thighs, plump booty, normal sized hips AND a flat/toned stomach.

You are definitely going to be sore but your booty can handle it.

We are going to sculpture your legs and the three chief parts of your Glutes: gluteus maximus, gluteus minimus and gluteus medius.

In addition to your daily butt-sculpting exercise, you'll also be performing two days of 4-Minute Pump cardio resistance training with any regular TFEF or SHF class. Ready to your then this is what you are looking for.
